Start by sending a booking request with your details and a few dates that work. Once we've agreed on it, I'll send you a secure Stripe payment link. You can pay with any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and you'll get a receipt by email right away. Monthly clients can update their card or cancel anytime through the billing portal link in their receipt.

Real estate services are paid in full upfront to book. Photography sessions require a 50% deposit to reserve your date, with the balance due on or before your session. Design projects are quoted after a short conversation about scope.

No. Monthly packages bill at the start of each month and you can pause, switch plans or cancel before your next billing date.

Yes. For brokerages or custom projects I can send an invoice you can pay online or forward to your accounting team.

I'm based in La Verne and serve Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley. Sessions outside that area may include a mileage fee, which I'll confirm with you before booking.

Every project is a little different. Prices shown are where each service starts; I'll give you a firm quote once we've talked through what you need.

Headshots, families, couples, weddings, small events, sports, grad photos and senior photos.

We'll reschedule at no charge, or move indoors if you'd like to keep the date.

You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Your deposit or payment moves to the new date. Reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice may include a $50 rebooking fee.

Deposits are non-refundable because they hold a date I turn other clients away for. If you cancel more than 7 days before your session, your deposit can be applied to a new session within 6 months. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.

Listing shoots cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are refunded in full or moved to a new date. Shoots cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or when the property isn't ready on arrival, may be charged 50%. Monthly packages can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date; the current month is not prorated.

If you cancel before work begins, you'll receive a full refund. Once design work has started, payment covers the work completed to that point.

If weather, illness or an emergency on either side prevents a session, we'll reschedule at no charge. If I ever have to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or first pick of new dates.
